「壞壞貼紙」（Bad Guy Badge）重視您的隱私。本政策說明我們如何處理資料。
我們收集或使用的資料
- 本機儲存（SwiftData）：徽章、好表現／壞表現記錄與獎懲設定等資料儲存在您的 iPhone 或 Apple Watch 上，僅存於裝置本地，開發者無法存取。若您使用 Apple Watch 並啟用同步，資料會在您自己的裝置之間同步，由 Apple 機制處理。
- 廣告（Google Mobile Ads / AdMob）：為提供免費服務，我們展示廣告。廣告供應商可能蒐集裝置資訊（如 IDFA）以投遞、衡量與防止不正常流量。我們會依 Apple 規定請求「App 追蹤透明度」（ATT）；您可在 iOS【設定 ▸ 隱私權與安全性 ▸ 追蹤】管理追蹤許可，或重設廣告識別碼。
我們不會
- 建立帳號或要求登入；本 App 不需另行註冊或登入。
- 將您的徽章或獎懲記錄上傳到開發者自有伺服器；資料僅存於您的裝置或透過 Apple 機制在您的裝置間同步。
- 發送推播通知；本 App 不使用推播功能。
應用程式內購買
本 App 提供應用程式內購買（如去除廣告、解鎖 Apple Watch 上的編輯功能）。購買由 Apple 處理，我們不會另行蒐集與購買直接相關的個人身份資訊。
資料保留與安全
- 您可隨時刪除 App；本地資料會隨之移除。
- 裝置間同步由 Apple 提供；我們不會將您的記錄上傳到第三方伺服器。
第三方服務
- Apple SwiftData / 裝置儲存與同步（本機與 Watch 資料）
- Google Mobile Ads SDK（廣告投放與衡量；受 ATT 規範）
年齡分級與兒童隱私
本 App 供親子或家庭使用以記錄表現與獎懲。我們不要求兒童輸入個人身分資訊。請家長妥善管理裝置與應用程式內購買設定。

Bad Guy Badge ("the App") values your privacy. This policy explains how your data is handled.
Data we collect/use
- On-Device Storage (SwiftData): Badge records, good/bad behavior entries, and reward/punishment settings are stored on your iPhone or Apple Watch. Data stays on your device only; the developer cannot access it. If you use Apple Watch and enable sync, data is synced between your own devices via Apple's mechanisms.
- Ads (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob): To keep the App free, we serve ads. The provider may collect device info (e.g. IDFA) for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. We request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) as required by Apple; you can manage tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or reset the advertising identifier.
We do not
- Create accounts or require sign-in; this App does not require separate registration or login.
- Upload your badge or reward/punishment records to developer-run servers; data remains on your device or syncs between your devices via Apple.
- Send push notifications; this App does not use push.
In-App Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases (e.g. remove ads, unlock editing on Apple Watch). Purchases are processed by Apple; we do not separately collect personal identifying information tied to those purchases.
Retention & Security
- You may delete the App anytime; local data will be removed with it.
- Sync between devices is provided by Apple; we do not upload your records to third-party servers.

Age Rating & Children's Privacy
The App is intended for family use to track behavior and rewards. We do not ask children to submit personal identifying information. Parents should manage the device and in-app purchase settings appropriately.
