資料儲存 Data Storage

您的記帳資料（物件、房間、房客備註、抄表度數、金額、電表照片）儲存在您的裝置上，並透過您自己的 iCloud（私人資料庫）在您的裝置之間同步。這些資料存放在您個人的 iCloud 帳戶中，開發者無法存取，也沒有任何自家伺服器收集或保存這些資料。

Your bookkeeping data (properties, rooms, tenant notes, meter readings, amounts, and meter photos) is stored on your device and synced across your own devices through your personal iCloud (a private database). This data lives in your own iCloud account; the developer cannot access it, and runs no servers that collect or store it.

廣告（Google Mobile Ads / AdMob）：為提供免費服務，App 會在部分畫面展示橫幅與插頁式（蓋板）廣告。廣告供應商可能蒐集裝置資訊（如廣告識別碼 IDFA、裝置型號、IP 位址）以投遞廣告、衡量成效及防止廣告詐欺。您可在 iOS【設定 ▸ 隱私權與安全性 ▸ 追蹤】管理追蹤許可，或重設廣告識別碼。解鎖 Pro 後即不再顯示廣告。
Ads (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob): To keep the app free, it shows banner and interstitial ads on some screens. The ad provider may collect device info (advertising identifier IDFA, device model, IP address) for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. You can manage tracking in iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking, or reset your advertising identifier. After purchasing "Remove Ads," no ads are shown.
App 追蹤透明度（ATT）：App 首次啟動時會請求追蹤授權。若您拒絕，廣告商將自動改為非個人化廣告；App 功能不受影響。
App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On first launch, the app requests tracking authorization. If you decline, the ad provider automatically switches to non-personalized ads; app functionality is unaffected.
App 內購買（IAP）：透過 Apple App Store 解鎖「Pro」時，付款與交易記錄由 Apple 全權處理，開發者無法存取您的付款資訊。
In-App Purchases (IAP): When unlocking "Pro" through the Apple App Store, payment and transaction records are handled entirely by Apple. The developer cannot access your payment information.
相機與照片：當您為電表拍照或選取照片時，App 會請求相機／照片權限。電表照片僅儲存於您的裝置與您個人的 iCloud，不會上傳至開發者。
Camera & Photos: When you photograph a meter or pick a photo, the app requests camera/photo access. Meter photos are stored only on your device and in your own iCloud, and are never uploaded to the developer.
本機提醒通知：若您開啟「每月結算日提醒」，App 會在您的裝置上排定本機通知。這些提醒在裝置端排定，不會將任何資料傳送給開發者。
Local reminder notifications: If you enable the monthly settlement-day reminder, the app schedules local notifications on your device. These are scheduled on-device and send no data to the developer.

我們不會 We do not

建立帳號或要求登入。
Create accounts or require sign-in.
將您的記帳資料或電表照片上傳至開發者或任何第三方伺服器（這些資料只存在您的裝置與您自己的 iCloud）。
Upload your bookkeeping data or meter photos to the developer or any third-party server (this data stays on your device and in your own iCloud).
出售您的個人資料給第三方。
Sell your personal data to third parties.

資料保留與安全 Retention & Security

您可隨時在 App 內「設定 ▸ 清除全部資料」移除裝置上的資料，或刪除 App。儲存在 iCloud 中的資料由您的 Apple ID 管理。
You can remove on-device data anytime via Settings ▸ Erase All Data, or delete the app. Data stored in iCloud is managed by your Apple ID.
廣告 SDK 的資料傳輸與安全由 Google 提供；iCloud 同步安全由 Apple 提供；IAP 交易安全由 Apple 提供。
Ad SDK data transmission and security are provided by Google; iCloud sync security by Apple; IAP transaction security by Apple.
