「陀螺對戰相機」（Top Match Camera）重視您的隱私。本政策說明我們如何處理資料。
我們收集或使用的資料
- 相機與麥克風：用於錄製陀螺對戰影片。錄製內容僅儲存在您的裝置上，不會上傳到任何伺服器。
- 照片圖庫：當您選擇套用特效到既有影片時，App 會讀取您主動挑選的影片；處理完的影片會以您允許的方式存到「照片」相簿（預設名稱「陀螺對戰相機」）。我們不會讀取您未主動選取的內容。
- 本地對戰回顧（App Documents）：您生成的對戰影片會存到 App 的本地檔案區（沙盒 Documents 目錄），用來呈現「對戰回顧」清單。資料只存在於您的裝置上，不會上傳。
- 玩家暱稱與頭像：您可選填玩家名稱與從相簿挑選頭像，這些資料只儲存在裝置本地的 UserDefaults / 沙盒中。
- 影片影像處理：陀螺軌跡偵測完全在裝置本地進行（使用 Apple Vision、AVFoundation、Core Image），不會將影片上傳到網路。
- App Store 訂閱（StoreKit）：Top Match Pro 訂閱由 Apple 透過 StoreKit 處理。我們不接觸您的付款資料，也不會儲存您的 Apple ID。訂閱狀態由 Apple 透過 StoreKit 提供給 App。
我們不會
- 建立帳號或要求登入。
- 在未經同意下上傳任何影片或影像；所有影像處理都在裝置本地完成。
- 將您的個人內容上傳到開發者自有伺服器。
- 使用第三方分析或廣告 SDK。
- 讀取您未主動選取的照片或影片。
訂閱與試用
- Top Match Pro 訂閱（月訂或年訂）由 Apple 收費並管理。新訂閱者享 7 天免費試用，試用結束前 24 小時若未取消，會自動轉為付費訂閱。
- 訂閱可隨時於 iOS【設定 ▸ Apple ID ▸ 訂閱項目】管理或取消。
- 取消後，您仍可使用至當前計費週期結束。已收費用不予退款（如需退款請循 Apple 退款流程）。
資料保留與安全
- 影片與設定都存於您裝置的本地沙盒，刪除 App 即會一併刪除。
- 「照片」相簿中的影片由 iOS 管理，您可在「照片」App 中刪除。
- 傳輸到「照片」的安全性由 Apple PhotoKit 提供；我們不會另外上傳到第三方伺服器。

兒童隱私
本 App 適合家庭共同使用；我們不要求兒童輸入個人身分資訊。請家長妥善管理裝置與訂閱設定。

Top Match Camera ("the App") values your privacy. This policy explains how your data is handled.
Data we collect/use
- Camera & Microphone: Used to record spinning top battle clips. Recordings are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to any server.
- Photo Library: When you choose to apply effects to an existing video, the App reads only the clip you explicitly pick; processed clips are saved back to your Photos album (default album: "陀螺對戰相機"). We never access content you did not select.
- In-app Battle Archive: Your generated battle clips are stored in the App's sandboxed Documents directory so the "Battle Review" screen can list them. This data lives only on your device and is never uploaded.
- Player Names & Avatars: Optional player names and avatars (picked from your Photos) are stored locally in UserDefaults / app sandbox.
- On-device Video Processing: Particle / trail detection runs entirely on-device (Apple Vision, AVFoundation, Core Image). Videos are never uploaded to the network.
- App Store Subscriptions (StoreKit): Top Match Pro is billed and managed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not see your payment details or store your Apple ID. Subscription status is reported to the App by StoreKit.
We do not
- Create accounts or require sign-in.
- Upload videos or imagery without consent; all processing happens on-device.
- Send your personal content to developer-run servers.
- Use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- Read photos or videos you did not explicitly pick.
Subscriptions & Trial
- Top Match Pro (monthly or yearly) is billed and managed by Apple. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; if not cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, it automatically converts into a paid subscription.
- You can manage or cancel at any time under iOS Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions.
- After cancelling, you keep access through the end of the current billing period. Refunds for charged amounts must go through Apple's refund flow.
Retention & Security
- Videos and settings are stored locally in the App sandbox; deleting the App removes them.
- Videos saved to your Photos album are managed by iOS; remove them from the Photos app whenever you like.
- Transport to Photos is handled by Apple PhotoKit; we do not upload to other third-party servers.

Children's Privacy
The App is intended for family use. We do not ask children to submit personal identifying information. Parents should manage the device and subscription settings appropriately.
